Bouquet Shipping Guide

Supplies:

- One large shipping box -one small box -paper towels -tin foil -parchment paper -packing peanuts -recycled packaging -packing tape -rubber bands

Steps

- Before the wedding, choose an overnight shipping service that is most convenient for you. Aim to ship it out the day after the wedding if possible. Assigning this task to a member of your wedding party will allow you to use that time to rest!

- Select a shipping box that is large enough to fit your entire bouquet without squishing the top.

- Wrap the base of the bouquet in wet paper towels. Cover the paper towels with a layer of tin foil to seal in the moisture. Secure with rubber bands.

- Tape the smaller box inside of your shipping box

- This will act as a base for your bouquet. stand the bouquet upright in the smaller box. fill the bottom half of both boxes with packing peanuts. Now your bouquet should be able to stand upright on its own.

- Place large pieces of parchment paper over the top of the bouquet to protect the blooms.

- Fill in the rest of the box with recycled packing material such as newspaper, and the extra packing peanuts. When it is done the bouquet should be secured in the box without putting pressure on the blooms. place a paper in the box with your name so I know who it's from :)

- Securely tape up the box and be sure to write fragile on every side of it! On the top of the box write "This side up"
